Working conditions are that of a packaging and distribution warehouse environment. The performance of this position requires exposure to atmospheric conditions such as: dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures.

Ensure all EMS (Environmental Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System) guidelines and regulations are adhered to.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to multi-task are required.

Competent oral and written communication skills are required in order to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Maintain MWR (Maintenance Work Request) system in computer system.Participate and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being a part owner of the company.Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to the Project Supervisor.Communicate work log completion and report any scheduled changes that were not able to be performed and the reason.Weed flower beds in front of the building.General painting including walls, stairs, door.Set-up and maintain training room for various types of activities.Clean tables, chairs, and/or other furniture.Track Custodian supplies and communicate with Project Supervisor to order additional quantities.Maintain outside walk areas including sweeping debris, washing walkways, and keeping pathways safe using deicer.Clean, mop, wash, buff, and vacuum floors, regularly using a walk-behind industrial sweeper and floor scrubber.Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas.Determining cleanliness can be subjective, so the Custodian must listen to recommendations by those affected and adhere to the requirements of the Project Supervisor. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Custodian is responsible for the continuous service, to meet the objectives of the organization, also to maintain a clean environment for all associates and guests of the company.
